Our client is a sports betting services company building real-time trading infrastructure that aggregates odds and liquidity across multiple sportsbooks into a single platform.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain scalable backend APIs for real-time sports trading
- Design, optimize, and manage databases
- Work within a small engineering team (3-4 people) on high-performance systems
- Handle high-frequency data flows and real-time execution challenges
- 2+ years of backend development experience
- Strong SQL, Node.js, and TypeScript skills — these are required
- Comfortable with Git and standard version control workflows
- Experience in Rust or Python is a strong bonus
- Background in trading or finance is a plus
- Sports knowledge is a plus
